I have been reading in the last few days that users of adaptive
technology will not lose their ability to download Windows 10 for free
after July 29.  Everyone else will have to pay for the program after
that date.  I tried to post this message before.  I guess the server
didn't like my using Voice On the Go.  Oh well.
