I managed to restart first-time setup for Windows 10 by holding down the
power button to turn off the new laptop, then just turning the laptop on
again. This time, I was able to get through most of the setup. Now I'm
stuck on Step 4 of 5: Creating a Hello PIN.

I don't want a Hello PIN, and I've never created one for other PCs, but
I don't remember what I did to skip this step. I have a vague memory of
pressing enter on the Create button, then on the Cancel button half a
dozen times and eventually getting a gloom-and-doom screen that asks if
I'm sure I want to skip this step, which is inadvisable because the
world is an unsafe place. That's not happening this time.

Does anyone have other ideas about how to avoid creating a Hello PIN?
