Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, Blindness Technologies
This position is responsible for:
* Designing and delivering accessibility training for quality
assurance teams and call center personnel
* Conducting quality assurance testing with blindness
technologies for various products
* Providing internal accessibility consulting services to
product teams
* Collaborating on the design and implementation of user
studies with blindness technologies and various products.

Accessible Material Specialist
This position is responsible to:
* Design and deliver training for product teams around best
practices for the timely delivery of quality Braille, large
print, tactile graphics, sign language videos, captions, and
transcripts for various products.
* Develop and maintain a quality assurance matrix for
assessing the quality of materials produced by third-party
vendors.
* Coordinate the production of materials needed by assistive
technology vendors to conduct compatibility and usability
research of their product(s) with various products.
