    Good evening,

I'm running windows 7 64 bit, on an HP laptop computer.  Hope this makes my 
question a little clearer.

Try Disk Clean. If that doesn't fix it then you may need a 3rd party
application like CClean. If you have any more questions, please include
the version of Windows you're running.
