Regards,

Subject: [VICUG-L] Unable to Download Audible Books

Hi All,

I'm trying to download a book from my audible library, and I can't.

Normally, I press enter on the Download link, and the download begins.
If nothing happens, I press shift+F6 to get to the Downloads bar, then
press enter on a randomly named file.

Now whenever I press enter on the Download link, I am sent to a page
that tells me about the different apps I can use to listen to content,
like Audible Manager for PC and Audible for Android, iOS, or Fire. I've
arrowed over this screen, but haven't found any sort of "Close Window"
button. Ive tried pressing enter on Audible Manager for PC in case this
is the site's way of letting me know there's a new version of the
software, but when I start the installation process, I get a message
that my computer already has a newer version.

This has been happening since yesterday. It happens whether I use the
enter key or mouse simulation, whether I use Jaws or NVDA, and whether I
used Chrome or Firefox. When it happened yesterday, I was hoping the
website was just going through a phase, but ...

Anyway, I'll call tech support tomorrow. I just wondered if I was
missing anything obvious.

Ciao
