Reading page 310 of K1000's Manual just now, I was made aware that, in the
1st column of pulldown menus there's a "Save partially," 
which will start from wherever the cursor is in a file 
or whatever page you change the "From" number to to the page whose number
you put into the "To" number after tabbing to "To".  
Then Tab further to save the selected range of 
pages under whatever filename that you specify.
