I upgraded Firefox, and Web Visum stopped working for me. So I shifted back
to the earlier version until it can be fixed. I also sent a message to the
Web Visum team, letting them know about the issue, in case they weren't
aware of it.

I'm not sure which Firefox upgrade you're talking about, but on Ubuntu, I
don't have any trouble with Webvisum and Firefox 10.0. I'm not sure if the
automatic update of extensions works with Webvisum, so you may need to go to
http://www.webvisum.com/en/main/download and start the update manually.
