Hi all,

Well folks, I have a real problem now!

the microphone on my USB headset is off, but the head phone part works 
perfectly. So then, I unplugged my USB headset microphone, which I use 
all the time, then plugged it back into the same USB port, and now the 
microphone is on. Where do I go from here?

The head phone always works, but the microphone doesn't always stay on, 
and I don't think it's a USB port issue, because the head phone part 
always works, it's never intermittent, and no, the microphone does not 
have an on off switch, so that is not an issue.
