Denise,

Thanks for letting me know that the problem of suddenly being unable to
download Audible books was affecting other subscribers. Up until a
couple of weeks ago, I had no problem using a combination of Audible
Manager and Audible Download Manager to put my books on the computer for
transferring to the Stream.

I took your advice about calling Audible help, and I've pasted the
instructions in case others here are having the same issue:

1. Go to www.audible.com
2. Press enter on "Hi, Your Name".
3. Press enter on "Account Details".
4. Press enter on "Update Settings" option.
5. Jump to the last heading, which says something about Software
verification. Below it is an option that says something like, "Check for
Audible Download Manager"." If you use that software, check the box.

The download should work after that.

Ciao

It's audible manager in the end updated but somehow it has to be added in as well. Just a note, I'd uninstall inaudible if you're using it to convert your books first before speaking with audiblbe. It's a win10 latest update issue.
