Hi Doreen,

I believe with Outlook Express vsn 6, you have to
activate MSAA mode or forms mode, in order to be
able to access attachments in the email. Once
you activate MSAA mode, you should be able to tab
or shift tab, I guess, to the attachment. At
least this is the way it seems to work in Window
Eyes, I am assuming it is similar in Jaws, as it
seems to be an Outlook Express thing with the new
version.

Hope this helps,
Megan
