Subject: [nlbbooktalk] Booker Prize Winner available at NLB today!

Hi everyone,
I thought I should spread some more good news to avid readers on this list.
If you are a fan of Booker prize winning books you will be pleased to know that NLB has already produced the winning title for this year which was announced just last night!

From today 3 copies of 'Vernon God Little' by DBC Pierre is available to borrow for the first member past the post.

NLB has been beavering away since the announcement of the Booker shortlist a month ago to make sure we could make available the winning title on the day of the Booker announcement. We could only achieve this through the support of the shortlisted publishers who willing provided the digital text files of their books for us to work from. The rest of the shortlisted titles will be available to borrow within the next two weeks.

Happy reading!
Regards,
Kirsti
