Hello  Terrie,

Those calls are definitely scams.  Companies will only call you if you opened a help desk request, and asked them to call you back.  If you enter a request, write down the ticket number and person's name when enter the request.  Make anyone identify themself before you take any call.  Scammers will even call people at work.  Just be careful.
