I've never been able to do much in YouTube on the computer. I can play, 
pause, and replay a video, but that's about it.

When I have a video I might want to do more with, I use the YouTube app 
on my Android devices.

I know this isn't any help. If anyone knows of a better solution, I'm 
curious too.
