Hi. When I try to access an .mp3 file on a Web site by simply clicking
on its link, I get the following strange error message from Windows
Media Player:

Windows Media Player cannot access the file. The file might be in use,
you might not have access to the computer where the file is stored, or
your proxy settings might not be correct.

Does anyone have an idea as to what this means and how I might fix the
problem? I clicked on the Help button; but nothing that was suggested
seemed to apply to my situation. The strange thing is that when I
downloaded the file, I was able to play it just fine. I'm using Windows
7 64-bit and I.E. 8.
Thanks for any ideas.
Rachel
