We purchased a domain name from a company that had one we wish to acquire. We
have attempted to change the registration 14 times without any success. No
matter how we address them they continue to return our requests to make the
required changes. They continue to change their procedures so we have not been
able to straighten this out. Inquiries for help go unanswered. If you find a
way to make them comply or find an agency that we can complain to I would love
to help put some pressure on them to perform. The whole business of domain name
registration should be put in the hands of someone who can handle it and this
certainly isn't internic.
