I use it with Orca and Firefox, but I assume it would also work well 
with JAWS and whatever browser you're using. As with most web 
interfaces, you need to be proficient with your screen readers 
navigation commands, like b for buttons, e for edit boxes and so on. 
Also, be prepared to arrow and tab around a bit.
