Project View

People With Disabilities

September 22 - 23, 2003

Atlanta, Georgia

IBM will be hosting a Project View event dedicated to outreach to people
with disabilities and to identify and attract outstanding students for
available job opportunities.

This program is designed to introduce students with hardware and software
backgrounds to a variety of national employment opportunities within IBM.
Project View provides students with the opportunity to visit IBM locations,
obtain information about IBM organizations with job opportunities, and
interview for the available positions.

We seek only the most competitive candidates who demonstrate academic
excellence, related job skills or co-op/intern assignments, and have
received special awards or achievement.

IBM will cover the cost of your travel, food, and lodging.

Here is an example of our Program Schedule:

Day 1:

Managers and students arrive throughout the day

Dinner and reception held for participants to get acquainted with keynote
speaker

Information/Technology Career Fair, interviews scheduled for Day 2.

Day 2:

Interviews conducted throughout the day, with offers extended as appropriate

Project View is an excellent program with a 14 year history of success for
candidates and managers.
