Now here's Question 2!

When using Windows 7 with Internet Explorer and NVDA if I attempt to
open an attachment I get a dialog box read to me that asks if I want
to open or save the attachment. I am unable to focus on the box to
make a selection so, I am sure I have forgotten something I learned,
how to change focus in NVDA to a dialog like this one.  Any help would
be appreciated for the question How do I change focus from an Email to
a dialog box asking whether to save or open an attachment?
