Hi, everyone.
I thank you for everyone that wrote me on the scanner problem. It turned out to be a fault with JFW. When I went into the control panel under the scanners and cameras area and into the events tab there was a combo box. In this combo box there were items to check, but FW did not tell me what is checked. It turned out that both precision and scan copy utility were checked, but I did not know this. A sighted person was able to uncheck the precision scan and I was back in business. Yesterday afternoon, I wrote a suggestion to Hentor Joyce about this issue. Hopefully, they will address this in their next update. Again, thank you for the help.
