"AAPD to Host Calendar of Disability-Related Events"

Many of you are familiar with the calendar of disability-
related events I developed and maintained while I served in
the White House Office of Public Liaison. I appreciate all
the positive feedback I received about the importance of
that calendar. A number of you have recently inquired
whether I or anyone else will continue that project.

I'm happy to say that AAPD wants to assume this role. For
now, AAPD will follow the model I used at the White House -
- focusing on national and regional conferences & events.
In the future, we may try to expand the calendar to include
state and local events. Later this year you will be able
to find the calendar on AAPD's website, www.aapd-dc.org.

If you'd like to have your national/regional conference or
event included in the calendar, please send the following
information to AAPD by emailing
