I missed his suggestion that it was after the Windows update.  There was a
problem with that update where it deleted some files.  Several software
sites told us not to download the update and, indeed, Microsoft stopped the
downloading of that update.

They claim to have fixed the problem, but they don't plan on distributing it
until their testers get to work with it.
