I am a diabetic and need to monitor my sugar electronically. To do this
I re ceive test strips from a mail order company. Each box of strips is
coded and the number of the neew must be entered in to the glouchometer
for it towork properly. The distributor of these strips told me that if
I switched my prescription tothem that the had braille labeling. I
happily did so. The other day I re ceived my first batch of strips from
them to find that the label consisted of the name of the company and
what was inside the box. The code numbers were bnowhere to be found.
Wheb I called the company I had to speak to three different people to
get someone to understand the changes I wanted in the label.
