Is that the physical machine or the PC version of the software?

The free version will carry advertising.

Hi DoreneC:

According to PC World from March, Kindle will be free by November. I'll
double check on the article but I'm reasonably certain that either the
February or March edition talked about the Kindle as a free product. Now of
course, the books will have a price tag on them. Thank you.

Hi All

Is anyone currently using the Kindle 4, the one that is supposed to have
tex-to-speech throughout?

If so, how do you like it?

What features do you like best?

What if anything do you hate?

I am thinking of just breaking down and getting one and am curious about
people's experience.

Thanks
