Can you please assist? An independent blinded veteran who likes to cook is asking for recommendations for replacing his double wall oven and over the counter microwave that have extremely heat sensitive touch pads.

He is looking for ones that could be easily marked & has voice control through a smart Wi-Fi device. He wants to ensure that he can successfully use it when Wi-Fi is not working.
