Hi everyone, I hasve been experiencing asn issue with the WI-FI in my apartment either slowing down or grinding to a halt. I had to reset the modem and router a couple of weeks ago after the router went out without no explanation. Resetting works, as was the case today when everything slowed down, but it begs the question is it time for a new router? The router I have is an old D-link router that I got from Radio Shack in 2011. The modem is from about 2015, and I use Spectrum. The other thing I am wondering is if someone at Spectrum is messing around with customers data speeds after net neutrality was repealed? As of this point I am seriously considering going out and just replacing the router, and hope that I won’t have to do anything else.
