doesn't the F11 key in IE go into full-screen Mode?

F6 moves focus from the page to the address bar to the tool bar.

when I'm having trouble with a captcha, my hitting f6 doesn't help the
person helping me, but hitting f11 does.

Not sure. Just wondering.
