Hi VICUG members,
I have a couple issues regarding listening to radio or podcasts online.
1. I am running Windows Media player, and wonder why some podcasts
come up as MP3? Is there a way to listen via the browser so they don't
remain on the hard drive? How do I erase them from the hard drive?

2. Some radio online seem to require install of Adobe Flash Player. Is
that a result of WMP being the priority listening means? If I say
yes, then a questionnaire comes up leading to yet something else.
The resolution has been - use a third party site like tunein.com if
the station is available at the given time on that media outlet.

Thanks for the help. Perhaps listening through the browser only is best..
Sincerely,
--
