Hi All,

The subject line says it all. I could purchase at a discount a NEST 
programmable, learning, WIFI-enabled thermostat through my state's 
energy rebate program. I am wondering if any of you have used such a 
thermostat and how accessible is the IOS app that works with it?

The price for this thermostat would be significantly cheaper than the 
prices I have seen online for the VIP3000 talking thermostat, for 
example. If I can use the app to operate it then I won't have to worry 
about whether or not it talks, although that would be nice, too!
