on  your health problems or tell you that you need someone else. "

I loved Doc Don's response to Healthy Choice and I want to add that we all
must take responsibility for our own health care. My blood tests were normal
and I was a mess. I am only on the right meds, have lost 55 pounds and am
again feeling human because I read this newsletter.  I also did extensive
research on the Internet.   Then I went to my physician armed with research
materials and my request for medication changes and additional testing.  We
must be pro-active to obtain results.  I also recommend Weight Watchers
because of its support system and healthy diet.
