In a word, YIKES.

Doc Don and Chuck:

First, I thank both of you for your help.

My appointment is a week from today and I am trying to get as much information as I can. After mowing about a half acre of my lawn with a push mower and feeling just great, it is difficult for me to relate to YIKES. But hey, if I am sick, I am sick and want to do whatever I need.

Here are my questions (anyone who can help, please jump in):

*
	If my T4 is in the normal range, why should I supplement it? I am not arguing with you -- just want to understand a bit what is going on.
*
	I have had the same doctor and blood tests about every six months for the past five years, so I am sure that this is a new development. Could this be something that has been undetected for some time?
*
	I have heard that natural replacement is preferred over synthetic? Does anyone have some experience or advice on this?

I hope that you will not mind following up with me on these questions. Again, you have been a great help.

Take care -- dave
