Can you describe the condition of her thyroid gland?  Is it swollen?
Shrunken? Overactive?  Underactive?  Mixed?   What are her average temperatures?  Has
she been on medication for her thyroid condition?

Most of us are not doctors.  We have our own thyroid conditions and/or
problems with absorption of thyroid medication, problems with conversion of T4 to
T3, and problems with "receptor sites" being blocked, etc.   We have been
learning and sharing, and demanding that our doctors treat us right (firing a few in
the process).
