You are hypothyroid.  Pray that you do not get pregnant until you get some
thyroid hormone.  If your TSH is as high as you say it is and you have
Hashimoto's if you do get pregnant, you could either miscarrry or your baby
could be born hypothyroid.

If I were you, I would change doctors right now.  The one you have is
hazardous to your health.
