Hello.  I believe that conversion tables can be found on the Armour  Thyroid 
website.   I have been taking 1.25grains of Naturethroid plus  25mcg 
Unithroid, and my blood pressure has also been running very high - quite  often 160 
over 90  - so I need to bring it down.  I also feel somewhat  anxious on this 
dose.  So starting tomorrow I am going to reduce the  Naturethroid to 1 grain and 
raise the Unithroid to 37mcg.    I  hope this reduction in the t-3 componant 
will help to bring my blood pressure  down some.     Peggy
