i care ! because i have seen , way too often, that the best informations
that could really adress problems , trasnsform into a commercial venture
where the focus is on not sharing informations or point of views but selling
dreams ( it is hard to sell simple reality).
One exemple : for peoples deprived in their diet of chlorophil , it is more
lucartive to makes them think that wheat grass is the miracle food or worse
than green powder is a must, than to tell them the simple truth they could
harvest wild grasses growing freelly everywhere and juice them ( if they
are allready sold to the idea that eating green vegetables is not
enough ).
i could give you many exemples where the important informations get
forgotten in the process of selling them .

Nature first law are so preocupied by the lucrative aspect of their
business that they forgot to verify their cocoa nuts are really raw , for
exemple . I have dried enough cocoa beans from the fresh pods to know that
the end result of low temperature drying is very different in taste and
texture than what is offered by them ( a friend of mine that is hooked into
their propaganda forgot a package at home ). No wonder they give so much
importance on the mood altering effect of their cocoa as the alcaloid in
them get transformed by heat and permeate the intestinal barrier ( and so
the taste change, from an instincto point of view ). from a wonderfull food
that is so cheap and abondant to produce they made an expensive drug: That
is what money does, making the free and the plentifull a rare commodity so
it can , and even have, to be sold .
In the food domaine , commercialisation especially , bring necessarly
more and more denaturation of them because you need more to sort out the
good nutrients from the useless , the body got to ask for more and never
feel the satisfaction point a non denatured food can bring ( never
experiencing the change taste ).
this slow degradation of the food supply started a long time ago when food
became a merchandise , it became worse big time at the industrial revolution
and now with with the modification of genetic make up .I am sad to see the
raw food movement blindly participating in that .

i will welcome feed back about how this message get received .
