I know what a bore this sort of thing can be.  Have you tried the following,
which is supposed to be the correct way to unsubscribe?
Send e mail to [log in to unmask]  leave subject line blank.  In
main body of message write
SIGNOFF PSYCHOAN    This should do the trick.  Good luck.
