Version 3 is a bit more complicated, and options are in different places. For the person that has not used version 2X, 3 may be the way to go. Those of us that have used 2X for any length of time have grown accustomed to it, and as the saying goes, "the more they overwork the plumbing, the easier it is to stop up the drain".... 

Bottom line, try 3 first and if you like it, great. If you find it to be complicated, uninstall and download version 2X... Just an easier program to navigate through.
