You're not giving us much to go on here.
I haven't sen an error report in  a while, but it seems to me you can 
click to find out the contents of the report. That would be useful info.
It would also be really helpful to know:
Your operating system.
The make, model and age of your computer.
Do you have AV or anti-spyware software installed and running regularly?
Have you kept your system updated at MS Update?
Do you get any other error messages?
You might start on this problem by deleting your Temp Internet files:
Open IE/Tools/Internet Options/Temp Internet Files
Click "Delete Files".
