Chet,
Go to Start Menu \ Control Panel and for the Category view click
"Performance and Maintenance", then the "System" icon. For the Classic view,
click the "System" icon. In System Properties click the Advanced tab and the
"Error Reporting" button. There you can enable error reporting.
A keyboard shortcut for System Properties is to press and hold the Windows
key (the one with the Windows flag) and press the Pause/Break key.
