Hi folks,

A user installed Adobe Photoshop on her computer and is now getting
an error message "Comdlg32.dll won't start.  Check the file."  I've
searched Microsoft's Knowledgebase and came up with instructions on
how to extract the original version of this file which I did.  I'm
still getting the same message after rebooting.

Microsoft suggests reinstalling Win '95 - any other suggestions
before I do that?
