All three files are part of your Windows System and should be on your
Windows CD, then all you would have to do is run the system file checker and
select the Extract one file from Installation disk option and type in one of
the files and start. If you don't have the CD you can still do this. Copy
the files from your Email to a folder on your hard drive, then open the
System file checker (Start/Run, type in sfc). You will again select the
Extract one file option but this time you will click the Browse button and
go to the folder where you saved the files.
