Novell's Office Suite should have a "shared
settings" file called WPCSET.BIF in the
C:\WINDOWS directory.  It gets corrupted pretty
easily.  Try looking for it and deleting it.
Next reset the PC and then try going into WP or
QP.

Any special settings they may have had (IE:
file locations, templates) will be lost and will
have to be re-entered.

IF doing this works and takes care of the problem,
have them do their settings in all of the programs
related to the Office Suite, then make a directory
on the C:\ (I call it SPARE on the work PCs) and
copy the file into it.

Next time it happens (usually does around here),
copy the file over into C:\WINDOWS and overwrite
the old one and reset the PC.
