JFYI: When I run into this I run DI from the floppies that were created upon
installation.  It does not happen all the time but it seems to come and go
the same way on my system, so I use the floppies when that happens PQ has no
answers to this problem(s) as of yet.  I have to use the floppies in Windows
98, 98SE and Windows ME on occasion not all the time.  This also happens
with DI 2.0.
