I have installed SP4 128 bit on 3 PCs without difficulty...one NT Server
and two workstations...... One of the  three PC's did not have IE4
installed and SP4 did not ask nor do I believe it is available as part of
SP4 for installation.....at least from the download version.  I am afraid I
can't  help you the ATI question....but I have not heard of any particular
video problems.....you might want to check with your cards
manufacturer...they are the one's who are most likely to know if people are
experiencing difficulty.
