I recently upgraded to a 19" monitor and changed my screen resolution from
800x600 to 1024x768.  Everything looks great except that I can see the top
edge of extra items that I don't want showing all the time on the Quick
Launch toolbar.
I've tried changing desktop icon size, spacing and fonts but that seems to
have no effect on the toolbar.  I can't just drop the toolbar down that
necessary fraction or it disappears completely.
Am I missing a setting somewhere?
