Close all components of Communicator then delete your Cache folder and all of it's
contents (it's usually found in C:\Program
Files\Netscape\Users\<profile_name>\Cache). Also delete the netscape.hst file. Both
will be rebuilt when Netscape is restarted.
Do a search for hosts (not hosts.sam), if found, rename to hosts.bak.
Disable any web-acclerators or cache utilities.
