If you're afforded the option of selecting OE instead of Outlook when the
"choose profile box" appears, do so. If you'd prefer Outlook, confirm that
your server settings are properly configured in this app
Also, In IE5.5, under Tools/Internet Options, go to the Programs Tab adn
make sure that OE is the email client selected (if you prefer Outlook
Express).
