Netscape 6 PR1 has no uninstall program. You simply delete the files
it created when you installed it. It seems to be meant to not interfere
with any other programs, so I doubt that it caused your System folder
problem... or maybe there was already a problem where netscape "broke
the camel's back".
Try right-clicking "my computer", "Properties" to see if you can
get into "device manager" and look for conflicts. I have seen hardware
conflicts interfere with control panel.
If that doesn't work, start in safe mode and see if you can get into
control panel/system/device manager and look for conflicts.
