It sounds like you are saving the attachments with a name different from the
original exe extension. Make sure that the saved file is of the format
name.exe and then run it by double clicking on it. If the name extension is
correct, then it is possible that the attachments are getting scrambled. You
would then need to check the e-mail settings at your end as well as your
sister's.
