Hi all,

I have been working on a machine that has lost the ability to drag and
drop, as well as use the clipboard.
This same system had the problem before, and I FDisked, formatted, and
reinstalled Win95 from scratch.  After this, the system worked fine for
about a month.  The only other large program on the system is Corel
WordPerfect Suite 8.

I have reinstalled Windows over itself, I have removed and reinstalled WP8,
and yes, I ran a thorough check for viruses.

Has anyone else ran into this problem?  If so, I'd be glad to hear how
you've solved this problem.
