Sure. Save the file somewhere and open IE (Or any other browser). Navigate
to the file and open it.
Any images referenced probably won't work, but the text should be readable.

I received an e-mail from a Palm support site, but the message they sent was
in HTML code, rendering it sort of unreadable.  I wrote them back and asked
them to re-send, but haven't heard back.  Is there a way to "translate" this
message into something readable?  Since it's in HTML, should I try to load
it as a web page or something???
